ACCOUNTING/FINANCE MANAGER
Under the direction of the CEO and General Manager, the Accounting & Finance Manager is responsible for the management and oversight of the airport financial and administrative functions, including accounting, budgeting, planning and reporting. Duties includes but not limited to: Oversee the financial reporting and record keeping, disbursement processing (payroll, accounts payable, and contract administration), purchasing, accounts receivable, annual audit administration and collections. Maintain all financial management systems and records of the Airport in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB). Coordinate and schedule audits conducted by independent auditors and other governmental agencies. Participate in the preparation and administration of the airport budget, monitoring expenditures throughout the fiscal year. Recommends and participates in the development of finance goals, objectives, and policies. Process all A/P and A/R. Prepare monthly financial statements to present to Tweed – New Haven Airport Authority. Other duties as assigned.

VP - PLANNING & DEVELOPMENT
Responsible for professional leadership and management of work in directing, reviewing and evaluating the activities of the Planning & Development (P&D) Department including airport capital projects, planning functions, engineering and design, construction management, program management, environmental planning/processes, environmental compliance, and sustainability efforts.

AIRPORT BUSINESS MANAGER
Responsible for the negotiation of leases, permits, and contracts and management of all airport property. This includes budget oversite, establishing a charge and collection procedure, and supervising the audit of records maintained by the tenants, users, and concessionaires. This position administers and manages consultant contracts, monitor systems, records concerning airport operation activities, and negotiates with fuel providers for bulk fuel procurement. The Program Manager I – Airports Administration also manages various airport environmental programs and the County Airports Noise Abatement Program, and will attend and make presentations at public hearings and community meetings.

OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
This entry-level position that manages the use of airport facilities in accordance with established policies and procedures. Position assures continuous safety and security compliance with Federal Aviation Regulation (FAR) Parts 77 and 139, Transportation Security Regulation (TSR) Part 1542, in addition to all other applicable statutes, regulations, and requirements. Duties include periodic, daily, and continuous airfield and facilities inspections for unsafe or non-compliant conditions; actively monitoring two-way radio communication amongst airport staff, security access control, CCTV systems, flight operations statuses, weather, work order requests, and local air traffic (ATC) radio communications; issuing airport ID media and providing fingerprinting services; coordinating and monitoring airport construction activities; providing high levels of customer service in responding to questions and inquiries from the public, airport stakeholders, and/or governmental regulatory agencies; perform simple mechanical and maintenance repairs and/or troubleshooting. This position reports to the Operations Supervisor.
