AVIATION PLANNER
Garver is seeking an Aviation Planner to support our growing Aviation team. The location for this position is flexible. This position will work with Garver's Aviation Planning team and will be responsible for completing technical planning elements and their supporting documents for Part 139 airports as well as general aviation facilities. Planning elements may include, but are not limited to, forecasting, capacity analysis, facility requirements, alternatives development and CIP planning for master plan projects and other planning studies. Airfield planning will be a major focus of the position, but responsibilities will also include elements of landside access, ground transportation, vehicle parking, cargo, and support areas planning. System planning elements are also included in the list of possible planning assignments.

AIRPORT OPERATIONS SPECIALIST
This position is primarily responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the runways and taxiway system, as well as relevant Authority interests and properties managed by the Airport Division in accordance with policies, rules, regulations, and local, state, and federal guidelines. Operations Specialist staff are required to work shift schedules as assigned. Incumbents may also be called upon to perform additional duties, including duties related to routine facilities maintenance, as needed. This position is essential and is subject to call 24 hours a day as necessary to maintain continuous daily operations at the Cape May and Millville Airports in Southern New Jersey. Other requirements: Ability to pass airfield driver certification within 60 days of hire; Subject to background investigation and/or a 10 year CHRC; Ability to be trained in the use an operation of a firearm; wildlife recognition and training; Effective communication skills;Closing Date: January 15, 2018
