ENGINEER/ARCHITECT II
Applicant will be providing capital project management, or assisting in project management including site inspections, reports/documentation, working with design teams or contract administration on projects during design or construction phase, reviewing amendments, change orders, request for clarifications, reviewing invoice submittals for accuracy, working with the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) for eligibility on amendments, drafting Request for Proposals, drafting local division documents into construction documents, reviewing construction safety/phasing plan, etc. This position works with Airport Administration and other Project team members at the Juneau International Airport. Most of the capital projects are federally funded and may range from $1M to $25M, or greater, annually. PROJECT MANAGER - TENANT IMPROVEMENT
1.Partner with relevant stakeholders to review Tenant’s statement of work and development of concept plans, review tenant submitted construction documents against Airport standards and oversee Tenant Improvement projects’ construction and closeout phases. 2.Plan, organize, direct, and evaluate the performance of assigned staff; establish performance requirements and personal development targets; regularly monitor performance and provide coaching for performance improvement and development. 3.Track project’s progress against project commitments; facilitates regular project meetings with stakeholders; communicate project milestones, status updates, as well as any existing or potential customer escalation issues. 4.Define project roles and responsibilities with the designated project team; manage change in project scope; prepare reports, presentations and documentation as required. 5.Provide oversight of airport review process of tenant Improvement projects such as interior remodeling of F&B Concessions, Retails, Advertisement, Airline proprietary spaces within terminals, landside, and airside.

FBO GENERAL MANAGER
Under general direction of the Airport Director, responsible for all aspects of the Fixed Base Operation (FBO) including financial performance, customer experience, line operations, facility and equipment maintenance, health, safety and environmental functions; performs direct supervision of FBO employees and performs other duties as assigned. Internship position at the Yellowstone Airport, West Yellowstone, MT. The work schedule will be 40 hours a week during the summer. Interns do not receive benefits such as paid holidays, medical coverage, earned vacation, or sick leave.
