AIRPORT OPERATIONS SUPERINTENDENT
The Position: Assists the Airport Director and provides team leadership in airport operations, maintenance, safety, security, environmental management, and development at Prescott Regional Airport, a Primary Commercial Service Airport with extensive flight training and regional fire management activity. The Ideal Candidate: Must have considerable knowledge of commercial service airport operations, safety security, environmental and emergency response challenges, maintenance, snow/ice removal, regulatory/compliance requirements, construction oversight, and airfield driving/radio communications abilities needed to safety operate at one of the busiest airports in the nation. Will possess superior, creative problem-solving skills; be calm and competent under pressure (aircraft/airport emergencies); and demonstrate proactivity, initiative, competence, follow-through, and feedback to stakeholders as required in routine and emergency situations. Must have strong written skills, to create and maintain airport manuals, plans, guidance documents, correspondence, policies, and/or records associated with airport certification, safety, emergency response, training, security, leases/permits, fueling, environmental issues, and construction oversight.

AIRPORTS OPERATIONS OFFICER I
AIRPORTS OPERATIONS OFFICER I SALARY: $4,464 – $5,411/month The Position RECRUITMENT IS OPEN UNTIL FILLED OR UNTIL A SUFFICIENT NUMBER OF APPLICATIONS HAVE BEEN RECEIVED. Under general supervision, the incumbent will perform administrative duties contributing to the efficiency of Airport operations; monitors and inspects the airfield, airport facilities, and personnel to ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Regulations (FAA), Transportation Security Administration (TSA), and airport policies and procedures. In addition, the Airports Operations Officer is responsible for coordinating airport operations to ensure safety and security of the public, tenants and airport staff. An Airports Operations Officer I, after one year of satisfactory experience with the City, and upon recommendation of the supervisor, may be promoted to Airports Operations Officer II with a current monthly salary range of $4,908-$5,967.
