INVITATION TO BID Sealed Proposals for CHRISTIANSTED SEAPLANE FACILITY, SHORELINE STABILIZATION AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTAINMENT, ST. CROIX, USVI will be received by the VIPA at Purchasing Supervisor, Henry E. Rohlsen Airport, St. Croix, USVI, until 2:00 pm, Tuesday 2/19/19, at which time all Proposals will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Public Conference room of the HERA Terminal Building. Documents may be examined at the VIPA Engineering Department Office, HERA. Bid packages are $50.00 per CD, check or money order to be paid at the Cashier’s Office prior to package pick up from VIPA’s Purchasing Department (both STX and STT/STJ Districts). A non-mandatory Pre-Bid conference will be held at 10:00 AM, 1/28/19 at the VIPA Cruise Lounge, HERA, with a site visit to follow.
