ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS for FACILITY MANAGEMENT SERVICES FOR THE CONSOLIDATED RENTAL CAR FACILITY shall be received by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority, not later than 2:00 P.M. (local time) FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 22, 2019. A Pre-Proposal Meeting will be conducted at 1:00 P.M. (local time), TUESDAY, JANUARY 29, 2019, in the Nashville International Airport, BOARD ROOM, 4th Floor, Terminal Building, Nashville, Tennessee. Attendance at this meeting is NOT MANDATORY. A one-time tour of the project site will be conducted after the meeting. Copies of the Contract Documents (RFP, Proposal Schedule, Attachments, etc.) will be available on THURSDAY, JANUARY 17, 2019, and may be obtained electronically from www.aerobidz.aero, an online tendering service. The Airport Concession Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program (ACDBE) participation level established for this project is 16.87% ACDBE. The Piedmont Triad Airport Authority will receive Statements of Interest from proposed tenants interested in leasing premises that include a hangar with aircraft parking ramp and adjacent land, served by a common area vehicular parking lot. The leasehold is on the southwest side of the airport and located adjacent to Taxiway A, a parallel taxiway to Runway 14/32. The premises are also proximate to the threshold of Runway 5R. Interested parties should submit six (6) copies of their Statements of Interest on or before 11:00 A.M. EST, February 8, 2019 to Piedmont Triad Airport Authority, c/o Mr. Howard Keville, Deputy Director of Finance and Administration, 1000A Ted Johnson Parkway, Greensboro, NC 27409.
