The City of Fresno (City) is soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) from companies (Financial Institutions) to operate Financial Institution owned Automated Teller Machine (ATM) self-service kiosk at Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT). As per a request from the airlines operating in FAT, the City desires to provide air travelers with the ability to obtain cash through an ATM kiosk, and to receive a fair monetary return for the Concessions granted. The current ATM services terminate operations at FAT on April 31, 2021.
