The Birmingham Airport Authority (BAA) is seeking a qualified airport engineering/architectural firm (Consultant) for professional services related to the design of a new air cargo facility at the Birmingham Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM). The new air cargo facility will be approximately 68,000 square feet and be located on the existing south cargo apron. Statements of Qualifications are due March 5, 2019. All questions must be submitted in writing via e-mail to Marcelo Lima, A.A.E., Senior Airport Planner, at mlima@flybirmingham.com. Deliverables include: cargo facility design, construction plans, and construction administration. A pre-submittal meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. central time at the airport. Sealed proposals must be submitted in the manner stated on the RFQ to the attention of Marcelo Lima, Birmingham Airport Authority, 5900 Messer Airport Highway, Birmingham, AL 35212.

The Tulsa Airports Improvement Trust (“TAIT”) is soliciting proposals from experienced parking management firms for the management and operation of the Airport Parking System at Tulsa International Airport (the “Airport”). The system consists of a three (3) level covered long term parking facility, a surface shuttle lot with shuttle operations, taxi queuing system, reserved parking spaces, valet parking and employee parking surface lots. Proposer will also be responsible for the operation of shuttle buses and golf carts. It is expected that the Management and Operating Agreement will commence on July 1, 2019.
