The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (“District”) seeks through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) Competitive Proposals (“Proposal”) from Highly Qualified and Experienced Hotel Developers (“Proposer”). The District’s goal is to enter into a non-exclusive agreement (“Agreement”) with the successful proposer to develop and manage a Full-Service On-Airport Hotel (“Hotel”) with a national hotel franchise chain brand name that is commonly recognizable to business travelers located adjacent to the Airport Terminal Building between Concourse B and Parking Garage B. The Greenville-Spartanburg Airport District (“District”) seeks this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) Competitive Proposals (“Proposal”) from Highly Qualified and Responsive Communications Firms (“Proposer”). The District’s goal is to enter into a non-exclusive Agreement (“Agreement”) to manage, operate, and maintain a first-class programming format for a Network Entertainment Broadcast System (“NEBS”) at designated locations within the Airport Terminal Building. The District has an agreement with an existing provider that will expire in March 31, 2021. The current operator provides broadcast media in the hold rooms on Concourse A and B. There is existing equipment that was installed in 2018 that Proposers will be able to use. However, certain equipment may need to be replaced depending on the requirements of the Proposer. RFP responses must be submitted by 1:30 PM (EST) on Friday, February 26, 2021.
