The Piedmont Triad Airport Authority will receive proposals until 4:00 p.m., on Friday, March 8, 2019, in response to its Request for Proposals for its VIDEO MANAGEMENT SYSTEM UPGRADE PROJECT. The contract documents contain Sensitive Security Information (SSI). Prior to obtaining copies of the contract documents, Proposers must first execute a Protective Agreement for SSI. A copy of the complete Notice of RFP and the Protective Agreement may be downloaded from the Authority's website http://flyfrompti.com by clicking on "RFP, RFQ Bid Documents" under Airport Operations.The work may be generally described as replacement and upgrade to an analog closed-circuit television system at the Piedmont Triad International Airport. The work items shall include, but not be limited to, replacement and consolidation of current systems into one video management system, supplying and installing IP-based cameras to replace existing video cameras, and integration of the new system with the Authority's existing access control system.

The City of Lebanon (“City”) is looking for interested persons to submit proposals to lease and non-exclusively license (for predominantly aviation uses) and provide services (predominantly aviation services) in a 101,710 sq. ft. area reserved on the airport’s Executive Ramp for a hangar/building facility. The proposed leasehold area includes area for parking, hangar/offices, and aircraft parking.

The Huntsville-Madison County Airport Authority will receive proposals from all responsible and qualified Proposers desiring to provide Centralized Receiving and Distribution Services for the Huntsville International Airport. Proposals must be received by March 15, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. CT. No proposals will be accepted after that time unless the date or time is extended pursuant to an addendum issued by the Authority. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 27, 2019 at 10:00 a.m. CT at the Four Points by Sheraton Huntsville Airport Executive Salon Conference Room. The City of Watsonville is requesting statements of qualification (SOQs) from professional consulting firms with a strong background and understanding in airport planning and environmental services. The City wishes to retain these services for a 5-year contract period commencing July 1, 2019 through June 30, 2024. The selected firm will assist the City with a wide-range of airport planning and environmental projects and related tasks as required for the Watsonville Municipal Airport.
