RFP for ARFF Services
OWNER: St. Clair County, Illinois, owner and operator of MidAmerica St. Louis Airport (BLV), through the Public Building Commission (hereinafter, “Owner”), hereby gives notice that Request for Proposals (RFP’s) will be received from qualified firms to provide aircraft rescue and firefighting, airport operations, and security services (hereinafter, “ARFF Services”) for MidAmerica St. Louis Airport (BLV). St. Clair County promotes equal opportunities and encourages participation by Disadvantage Business Enterprise firms.
PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS: Firms interested in submitting a Proposal may request the RFP from the Airport Department of Engineering & Planning by e-mail (alice.tejada@flymidamerica.com). The RFP and subsequent addenda (should there be any) will be distributed exclusively via e-mail.
TIME AND PLACE OF PROPOSAL OPENING: Sealed proposals will be received until 1:00 p.m. (local time) on 03/25/21.
A mandatory pre-proposal conference will be held on 03/10/21 at 2:00 p.m. via Zoom platform. Plan holders will be provided with video conferencing information.
