Request for Information on Terminal Partnership Opportunity
The purpose of this Request for Information (RFI) is to obtain information regarding expressions of interest by qualified parties concerning development and partnership opportunities as part of the Airport Terminal Building Project at Northern Colorado Regional Airport located in Loveland, Colorado. The Airport and the Cities of Fort Collins and Loveland are open to consideration of a variety of options, creative approaches, and partnership configurations to best leverage its upcoming investment in the terminal project. These could include third-party partnership roles, such as equity/ownership positions, development, management/operations, naming rights/sponsorship, and/or use agreements.
The Cities are requesting expressions of preliminary interest to assist in planning associated with this project. This request does not in any way obligate or commit respondents to participate in any project with the Cities. Responses are due to the City of Loveland's Purchasing Department by 2:00pm (MST) March 11, 2021.
