RFP - Forum Facilitator & Administrative Services The Port of Oakland is soliciting proposals from individuals or firms for Forum Facilitator & Administrative Services, (RFP No. 21-22/36). Qualified individuals or firms with knowledge and experience in facilitating airport community noise forums or other similar airport noise forums to serve as the facilitator/consultant for the Oakland Airport-Community Noise Management Forum. Additional duties are described in the Scope of Services section of the RFP. The Port will award a five year contract to the successful proposer with an estimated start date of July 1, 2022. RFP submission deadline 11:00 am, April 7, 2022.

Common Use Passenger Processing System The New Hanover County Airport Authority (NHCAA) through this Request for Proposal (“RFP”) invites written proposals from qualified Vendors (“Vendors”) to provide a COMMON/SHARED USE PASSENGER PROCESSING SYSTEM at the Wilmington International Airport (ILM). The project shall be capable of integrating with the Airports proposed Terminal Information/ Flight Information Display system to be selected under a separate RFP Process. The NHCAA reserves the right to select the same Vendor or separate Vendors to perform the scope of work of both projects based on the content of RFP Responses.
