Grants: Conducts annual audit on all grants opened or closed to ensure proper reimbursement from the State and Federal Aviation Administration (FAA). Assists with negotiating leases and other contracts. Responsible for preparation of financial statements and presentation to the Board of Directors. Responsible for PFC Annual Report, Cargo Data Report and Enplanement Report to the FAA. Also, responsible for balancing accounts with the City of Shreveport's accounting system. Audits the paperwork of the parking company to ensure that deposits are correct for cash and credit cards and are deposited in a timely manner. Responsible for preparation of the Airports' annual enterprise fund budget. Supervises the Accounting Division.
