The Virgin Islands Port Authority is soliciting RFQ from Architectural/Engineering firms for the purpose of entering into a multi-year contract for the Henry E. Rohlsen Airport. RFQ packets may be obtained at a cost of $25.00 from Purchasing, Administrative Building, 8074 Lindberg Bay, St. Thomas, USVI or Purchasing at HERA , St Croix, USVI. Fee must be paid to the Cashier’s Office located at the main terminal at HERA St. Croix or the Crown Bay Office in St. Thomas prior to package pickup at Purchasing. Payment via credit card by completing a credit card authorization form, which can be found on VIPA’s website. The completed form should be e-mailed to kdavis@viport.com. Sealed bids shall include one original and four copy sets which are to be delivered to Purchasing at HERA, St. Croix, and/or Purchasing at the Administrative Building, St. Thomas, no later than 2:00 p.m. AST, Monday, April 6, 2020.
