FOR LEASING AND DEVELOPING 350 ACRES OF OCEANFRONT LAND
LOCATED IN ST. CROIX, U.S. VIRGIN ISLANDS
The Virgin Islands Port Authority (the “Authority” or “VIPA”) invites the submission of proposals from experienced and qualified development firms or any person interested in leasing and developing 350 acres of oceanfront land located at Plots No.53, 53C, 54, 54-A, C, D, E, & F Estate Betty’s Hope, Parcel No. 1 & No. 52 Cooper’s and Section No. 2 Envy in St. Croix, Virgin Islands. A Pre-proposal conference and site visit will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, April 14, 2021. Please RSVP your attendance, by emailing vipaprocurement@viport.com, by no later than Monday, April 12, 2021.
Proposals are due by no later than Friday, May 14, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. AST.
