The Lincoln (NE) Airport Authority invites qualified firms to submit a proposal to serve as a Construction Manager-at-Risk for the Terminal Renovation and Expansion Project at the Lincoln Airport. Proposals are due by 2:00 PM, April 7th, 2020. To assist in the preparation of the proposals, the Airport Authority has prepared a document intended to acquaint interested firms with the proposed project, the specific information to be submitted and how the selection process will be carried out. The Virgin Islands Port Authority (“VIPA”) invites the submission of proposals for the long-term lease of a General Aviation Hangar located at the Cyril E. King Airport, St. Thomas, Virgin Islands. The hangar is 3,600 sq. feet and is located in the Middle Bay of the General Aviation Building. Complete RFP packets may be obtained at a cost of $75.00 each from the Purchasing Office at VIPA’s, Administrative Building, 8074 Lindberg Bay, St. Thomas, USVI. Firms may also make payment via credit card by completing an authorization form, which can be found on VIPA’s website. The completed form should be e-mailed to kdavis@viport.com. Sealed proposals shall include one (1) original and five (5) copy sets which are to be delivered to the Purchasing Department at the Administrative Building, St. Thomas, VI, no later than 4:00 p.m. AST, Thursday, May 14, 2020.
