AIRPORT PARKING FACILITIES MANAGEMENT RFP NOTICE TO PROPOSERS The City of Minot (herein after referred to as the “City” or “Airport”) is issuing this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) for qualified operators to provide Airport Parking Management Services for the parking facilities at the Minot International Airport (herein after referred to as “MOT”). Sealed proposals shall be submitted to the following: City Clerk City of Minot 515 2nd Ave. SW Minot, ND 68702 Proposals MUST be received on or before April 21, 2021 3:00 PM CDT. There will be no public opening of the proposals received.
