ARFF TRAINING CENTER MODERNIZATION The Lexington-Fayette Urban County Airport Board invites the submittal of written Proposals from professional Design-Build firms interested in the Aircraft Rescue and Fire Fighting Training Center Modernization at the Blue Grass Airport (LEX). Project elements include building renovation and expansion, training system replacement and associated ramp reconfiguration. Firms who plan to submit a Proposal for this Project must have a representative in attendance at a mandatory Pre-Proposal meeting, to be held on Thursday, April 14, 2022 at 1:00 pm (local time) at the airport’s ARFF Training Center, 4832 Versailles Road, Lexington, KY 40510. The Proposal must be received at the LFUCAB offices no later than 1:00pm, local time, Wednesday, May 4th, 2022. RFP FOR LANDSIDE & INTERNATIONAL PASSENGER ASSISTANCE ELECTRONIC PROPOSALS for completion of this project shall be received by the Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority, not later than 2:00 p.m. (central), on Tuesday, April 19, 2022. A Non-Mandatory Pre-Proposal Meeting will be conducted at 10:00 a.m. (central), Wednesday, March 30, 2022, in the Nashville Conference Room, in the Administration Building located at 140 BNA Park Dr., Nashville, TN 37214. A virtual and/or call-in option will be made available, and details are provided within the RFP document.
