The Port Authority of San Antonio (the “Authority”) soliciting a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) seeking responses from qualified firms/teams to provide Airport conceptual planning, preliminary design, project design, construction service and project management (Aviation Consulting Services) anticipated on an On-Call basis, to assist Port San Antonio in evaluating, justifying, assessing, designing and managing certain projects. Aviation Consulting Services will range from a recommendation of viable, cost-effective alternatives to soliciting and managing airport development projects and other related efforts to be outlined in the RFQ document. Sacramento County Department of Airports is issuing this Request for Proposals to allow firms to submit their qualifications and proposals to develop and operate hotel(s), travel center, and commercial mixed use development along the Interstate 5 corridor at the Sacramento International Airport. Based on qualifications and experience, the successful Proposer(s) will be responsible for determining the highest and best use of the land through conceptual design and a comprehensive plan to develop all or portions of the Site(s) identified in this RFP. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting will take place at 10 a.m. on April 18, 2018 in the 4th Floor Terminal B administration offices at 6900 Airport Boulevard, Sacramento, CA 95837. RTAA is seeking RFPs from interested and qualified Consultants to provide the installation and support of the FIDS and PA System Upgrade Project at RNO. The current systems in place at RNO include equipment that has reached end-of-life and necessitate replacement. The RTAA is seeking to replace these systems with an all new, state-of-the art technology approach. All RFPs must be received no later than 2:00 p.m., local time, June 8, 2018.
