John C. Tune Airport Vacant Land Available for Aeronautical Development - TN The Metropolitan Nashville Airport Authority (MNAA) is seeking proposals from interested parties to lease and develop available MNAA property located at John C. Tune Airport (JWN) in Nashville, TN. The available property consists of approximately 7.4 acres and is divided into 10 parcels. Interested parties may submit a proposal for one or more parcels. At a minimum the proposal must include for construction of a 100 ft X 100 ft sized hangar and adjacent aircraft and vehicle parking. A pre-proposal meeting will be held on April 19th, 2022, at 1:30 PM CDT by a virtual video conference on Microsoft Teams and in person at the TDOT Aeronautics facility located at JWN. Attendance at this meeting is non-mandatory. All proposal submissions must be received by 5:00 PM CDT on Monday May 16th, 2022, to be considered.
