The City of Santa Barbara is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced aviation consulting firms to provide services needed to support the redevelopment and competitive selection of Fixed Base Operator (FBO) companies to serve the commercial and general aviation needs of Santa Barbara Airport (SBA). The overarching objective of the Airport is to maximize the revenue potential of the FBO business at SBA, while considering other planning, environmental, customer service and community objectives.
