REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR AIR SERVICE CONSULTING SERVICES: Sealed proposals will be accepted until 1:00 PM MT, Thursday, September 21st, 2017 (“Response Submittal Date”) by the Great Falls International Airport Authority (“Authority”) 2800 Terminal Drive, Great Falls, Montana 59404, to provide the Authority with Air Service Marketing Consulting Services in accordance with the conditions stated in the Request for Proposals (“RFP”) package. The City of Santa Barbara is requesting Statements of Qualifications from experienced aviation consulting firms to provide services needed to support the redevelopment and competitive selection of Fixed Base Operator (FBO) companies to serve the commercial and general aviation needs of Santa Barbara Airport (SBA).
The overarching objective of the Airport is to maximize the revenue potential of the FBO business at SBA, while considering other planning, environmental, customer service and community objectives.
