RFQ to Provide Airport Architectural/Engineering and Project Management Services The Mohave County Airport Authority, Inc. is requesting Statements of Qualifications from qualified firms to provide airport architectural/engineering, design, and construction administration/project management services for construction projects at the Laughlin/Bullhead International Airport (IFP). MCAA will review responses to this RFQ and anticipates ranking the firms based on the firm’s statement of Qualifications (SOQ), experience, and history of performance using predetermined selection criteria. The services to be provided may include but are not limited to Architectural/ Engineering Services for Airport Development Projects, Construction Management/Administration, Onsite Construction Inspection, and Special Services as defined in Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Advisory Circular 150/5100-14E, Change 1, Section 1.5. Submittals due no later than August 31, 2021 at 1:00 am local time. Envelopes/packages containing the SOQs are to be marked: SOQ: "Airport Engineering Services-Laughlin/Bullhead Int.
