The City of Fresno (City) is soliciting Letters of Interest (LOI) from companies (Concessionaires) to operate Prepaid Financial Services from a self-service kiosk (Concessions) at Fresno Yosemite International Airport (FAT). QUALIFICATIONS: Respondents must (i) install the self-service kiosk; (ii) provide on-call maintenance 24/7, (iii) monitor dispenser unit stock; (iv) a Toll free phone number; (v) and commit to a Minimum Annual Guarantee (MAG) fee of not less than one thousand two hundred dollars ($1,200) per annum plus ten percent (10%) of the gross revenue for the privilege of operating at FAT. Letters of Interest must be addressed to and received by City of Fresno as specified below not later than 3:00 PM PDT, August 31, 2017.
