The Metropolitan Airport Authority of Rock Island County (MAA) seeks a firm
specializing in commercial real estate to provide brokerage and marketing services for property including an industrial park, a Foreign Trade Zone, parcels with frontage to daily traffic counts of nearly 20,000 cars and sites with access to a 10,000 ft. commercial service runway. The firm must meet the strategy of MAA to lease property to targeted sectors and market airport properties to entrepreneurs, developers, existing businesses and businesses seeking a new Midwest location.
