The Massachusetts Port Authority (the “Authority” or “Massport”), owner and operator of L.G. Hanscom Field (“Hanscom Field” or “Hanscom”), invites proposals for the build out of a parcel, or portions thereof, in the North Airfield Area of L.G. Hanscom Field, consisting of approximately 29 acres of land (collectively, the “Sites”) for aviation compatible development. The proposer(s) selected through this RFP will be responsible for the development, financing, design, permitting (including, without limitation, filing airspace obstruction analysis with FAA), construction, operation, and maintenance for one or more hangar and/or other facilities at Hanscom.
Proposals for the opportunities offered in the RFP must be received through BID Express at or prior to 1:00 PM EST on November 18, 2021.
