The Erie Regional Airport Authority, a corporation organized and existing under the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, having its principal offices at the Erie International Airport, Tom Ridge Field, 4411 West 12th Street, Erie, Pennsylvania, 16505, herein referred to as “Authority”, hereby invites all interested parties to attend a mandatory pre-qualification meeting to be held on Tuesday, December 17, 2019 at 11:00 A.M. at the Authority’s office on the second floor on the terminal building at the address stated above. The purpose of this MANDATORY pre-qualification meeting is to discuss the process by which the Authority will seek to enter new rental car concession agreements to commence at the termination of the existing agreements on June 30, 2020. The Laredo International Airport is accepting proposals to operate and manage the Airport parking facilities seven (7) days a week starting from the first scheduled arrival aircraft to the last arriving aircraft. The schedule is subject to change, but typically covers the hours of 8AM-12AM, during afterhours the selected company must provide a 24/7 live customer support service phone line. During normal working hours the company must provide a sufficient number of personnel to assure an effective, efficient, courteous and convenient operation. The selected vendor will managed all commercial service vehicles accessing the terminal grounds for pick-up and drop-off of passengers. The selected vendor will develop/acquire a system for charging companies to access the airport with a fee schedule approved by the City.
