Glycol Collection & Recycling Services The objective of this RFP is to obtain proposals for the maintenance, operation, and management services for the glycol collection system currently installed at SYR, as well as install a design/build turn key project to add new glycol recycling facilities to the existing system. The Respondent will be responsible for winter and summer spent aircraft deicing fluid recovery. It is SRAA’s objective to achieve as high a spent glycol capture rate as possible. The scope of this project is such that it will require the Respondent’s team to be comprised of a mixture of design consultants, construction contractors, and operators.
